Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.
No Return Policy (for change of mind):
We do not accept returns for customised products. As each magnet is made specifically for you, we are unable to resell or reuse them. Once your order has been placed and the customisation process has begun, we are unable to make any changes or accept returns. It is important to review your order details carefully before submitting your purchase.
Order Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your order for a customised product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the customisation process has not yet begun. However, please note that once the customisation process has started, we are unable to cancel your order.
Damaged Products:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. Please send a photo of the products, the packaging, and the shipping label to info@mymagnetstudio.au. We will evaluate the issue and rectify it. A replacement will be issued for faulty items.
If no contact is made within 7 days, the order is deemed to have arrived safely and in good condition.
Disclaimer: Please note that the colours of the magnets may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in monitor settings and printing processes. We strive to accurately represent the colours in our product images, but slight variations may occur.
